Help needed: Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for Phoenix, AZ dental office

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Dentrix
• Answering phone calls and correctly directing patients accordingly
• Scheduling Appointments
• Insurance Verification/ Faxbacks
• Keeping patients medical history up to date
• Checking in and checking out patients
• Collecting 
• Presenting Treatment Plans
• Claim submissions, adding attachments, narrative, etc.
• Filling both doctor and hygiene schedules
• Appointment confirmations
• Transferring records

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role is preferred but not required.
