Quality-driven dental practice seeking experienced DENTIST in San Jose, CA

Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional DENTIST to join our team of healthcare professionals. This is a part time position 2-3 days every week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and/or alternating Saturdays. May work at 2-3 locations.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent patient communication skills, and the capacity to work independently while supporting team objectives. Recent graduates and experienced professionals are equally encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources efficiently to optimize practice operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high productivity levels
• Sensitive and compassionate to patients and dental staff.
• Communicate effectively to patients and staff.
• Able to perform comprehensive dental examinations & diagnose oral health conditions.
• Develop & present treatment plans to patients.
• Provide general treatments including fillings, crowns, bridges,root canals and extractions.
• Deliver preventive care & patient education.
• Maintain accurate patient records & documentation.
• Collaborate with DAs. RDAs, and Admin staff.
• Ensure compliancde with all clinicaland safety staff.

Qualifications:

      * DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.

      * Active CA dental license

      * Experience preferred but new graduates welcome.

      * Possess the required responsibilities mentioned above.
