Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a reliable, organized front desk professional who enjoys interacting with patients and keeping the office running efficiently.

The ideal candidate:

• Has strong computer skills and is comfortable learning dental software systems

• Is organized and able to multitask in a busy office environment

• Communicates clearly and professionally with patients

• Is dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented

• Enjoys contributing to a positive team environment

Experience in a dental office is helpful, but we also welcome applicants with strong administrative and computer skills who are eager to learn.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Greeting and checking in patients

• Answering phones and scheduling appointments

• Managing the daily schedule and coordinating patient flow

• Entering and updating patient information in dental software systems

• Verifying insurance and assisting with billing and claims

• Communicating with patients about appointments, treatment, and follow-up care

• Maintaining organized records and documentation

• Supporting the clinical team with administrative coordination
