Looking for a Saturday Front Desk Coordinator in Downtown Palo Alto! (Full time available after summer)

Looking for extra hours?  Looking for a friendly team-centered environment?  Look no further.  Our team at Blue Turtle Dental is looking for a receptionist / coordinator for Saturdays 8AM - 1PM.  Parking is ready available in the mornings! (A full time position is available come August2026.)

Our Practice Environment

Our modern facility is equipped with the latest dental technology.  It's our newest location with the newest equipment as well as plenty of space.  The team room is always stocked with snacks and beverages.

Our biggest focus is maintaining a positive team environment that remains productive.  

• We use OpenDental
• Each Hygiene Block is 1 hour
• We take Panoramic Xrays and Bitewings
• Training is readily available but experience with OpenDental is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources efficiently to optimize practice operations
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
• Adapt to changing priorities while maintaining high productivity levels
