You’ll work closely with our doctors and team to create a seamless patient experience from hygiene visit to treatment acceptance . What You'll Do Provide high-quality hygiene care and patient education Build strong relationships with patients and help them understand their oral-systemic health Help patients clearly understand recommended treatment and next steps Support the doctor by reinforcing treatment value and answering patient questions Assist with coordinating larger cases and follow-up on pending treatment Work with the front office team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient communication Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture Who We're Looking For We’re seeking someone who is: A licensed Dental Hygienist (RDH) Passionate about holistic and preventative dentistry Comfortable educating patients and discussing treatment recommendations A strong communicator who builds trust easily Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Excited to grow in a high-level, patient-focused practice Experience with treatment coordination or case presentation is a major plus , but we are willing to train the right person.
