Responsibilities Perform a wide range of general dental procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with precision and care Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans Utilize advanced dental technology and imaging tools to diagnose oral health issues accurately Execute complex procedures such as root canal therapy, dental fabrication, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries while maintaining strict aseptic techniques Maintain comprehensive medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and treatment options using clear and compassionate communication Collaborate effectively with dental team members to ensure seamless patient care delivery and uphold infection control standards Skills Proficiency with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix for scheduling, charting, and documentation Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control protocols Experience in pediatric dentistry and pediatrics-related procedures is highly desirable Skilled in performing dental extractions, root canal therapy (endodontics) including molars, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures Ability to work efficiently using four-handed dentistry techniques to maximize patient comfort and practice productivity Familiarity with medical imaging techniques for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Excellent patient care skills with a focus on assessment, education, and building trustful relationships Join us in delivering exceptional dental care through a vibrant team environment that values your expertise!
