Job Title Registered Dental Hygienist – Part Time Job Type Part-Time Location Chandler Family Dentistry – West Little Rock, AR Job Description Chandler Family Dentistry is looking for a kind, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team two days per week in our friendly West Little Rock practice. We pride ourselves on creating a low-stress, supportive work environment where our team enjoys coming to work and patients feel genuinely cared for. Our hygienists have the time and support they need to provide excellent preventative care and build lasting relationships with patients. This position allows the hygienist to choose two working days from Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, providing flexibility while being part of a collaborative dental team. Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance Take dental x-rays Conduct oral health assessments and chart findings Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow infection control and sterilization protocols Work collaboratively with the dentist and team to provide excellent patient care Qualifications Required Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current CPR certification Strong communication and patient education skills Professional and friendly demeanor Preferred Experience with Open Dental Experience with digital x-rays Schedule Part-Time Two days per week (employee choice) Available days: Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday Compensation Pay will be based on experience.
