Dental Receptionist – Full Time Bakersfield, CA Our busy and growing dental office in Bakersfield is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Dental Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping patients, provides excellent customer service, and can multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment . The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple front office responsibilities while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patients. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service Checking patients in and out Answering phones and scheduling appointments Managing and responding to office emails Verifying dental insurance eligibility Completing insurance breakdowns Checking covered services and insurance frequencies Collecting copays and patient payments Scanning and organizing patient documents Charting and documenting dental treatment Entering appointment notes Coordinating with the clinical team for efficient patient flow Maintaining a clean and organized front office Requirements Minimum 1 year experience as a Dental Receptionist Experience with insurance verification and breakdowns Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office Detail-oriented and reliable Professional and team-oriented attitude Experience with dental software preferred Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Provides exceptional customer service Can handle multiple tasks at once Works well in a fast-paced dental office Is punctual, dependable, and organized Schedule: Full-time Location: Bakersfield, CA If you are a motivated dental professional who enjoys helping patients and keeping a front office running smoothly, we would love to hear from you!
