Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Office Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing exceptional support to both patients and dental professionals. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with dental office procedures. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments and manage the dental clinic's calendar effectively. Maintain accurate patient records and manage electronic health records using EAGLESOFT Perform billing tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Assist in the preparation of care plans for patients as needed. Handle phone calls professionally, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with excellent phone etiquette. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space, including treatment rooms and waiting areas. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental clinic or similar healthcare setting is preferred. Strong 10 key typing skills for accurate data entry. Knowledge of scheduling Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with dental software EAGLESOFT Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
