Dental Assistant Aura Dental & Wellness – West Palm Beach Aura Dental & Wellness is a new, boutique biological dental practice opening in downtown West Palm Beach. Our office focuses on TMJ and airway-centered dentistry, aesthetic rehabilitative care, and whole-body wellness , delivered in a calm, elevated, patient-first environment. We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and excited to be part of a modern practice providing meaningful, life-changing care. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow clinically, learn advanced dentistry, and be part of a supportive, intentional team from the very beginning Responsibilities Assist doctors during procedures including TMJ therapy, airway evaluations, aesthetic and rehabilitative dentistry, implants, and general care Prepare operatories with precision and attention to cleanliness and flow Take digital X-rays, photos, scans, and impressions as needed Support patient comfort and education before, during, and after treatment Anticipate doctor needs and assist efficiently during complex procedures Maintain instruments, sterilization, and infection control protocols Document clinical notes and assist with charting Collaborate closely with the front desk and clinical team for seamless patient care Help maintain a calm, organized, spa-like clinical environment aligned with our wellness philosophy What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Radiology certification required (or willingness to obtain) Interest in TMJ, airway health, facial balance, and aesthetic dentistry Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Calm, compassionate chairside manner Comfortable with digital dentistry and learning new technology (Open Dental software used) Alignment with biological, holistic, and patient-centered care values Team-oriented with a positive, growth mindset Why Aura Dental & Wellness Brand-new, thoughtfully designed biological dental office Exposure to advanced TMJ, airway, and rehabilitative dentistry Supportive, respectful, and growth-oriented culture Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth as the practice expands A workplace that values health, balance, intention, and excellence Location: Downtown West Palm Beach Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Friday) To apply: Please send your resume and a brief note about why you’d be a great fit.
