Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update dental charts for children 0 - 13 years old . Provide preventive services including prophylaxis, fluoride treatments, and age-appropriate oral hygiene instruction. Utilize child-friendly communication and behavior guidance techniques to create a comfortable, positive experience. Educate parents and caregivers on home care, nutrition, and preventive strategies to support long-term oral health. Maintain accurate and detailed medical and dental records. Partner closely with doctors and assistants to ensure efficient, high-quality patient care. What We’re Looking For: A valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in North Dakota is required. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and productivity. Strong clinical skills with an interest or experience in pediatric dentistry. A warm, energetic, and patient-centered demeanor. Excellent communication skills with both children and parents. Ability to build trust quickly and create positive dental experiences.
