Welcome to Modern Smile Dentistry! We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Dental Assistant to join our quality dental practice. This position is full-time and requires someone who is a kind, gentle, caring, positive team player who is able to clearly communicate with a smile on their face. We are a dental office in the heart of the Central Coast and seeking someone who is interested in being a long-term member of our growing team. Welcoming patients, sitting them and setting up for treatment. Taking X-rays and being able to use the managing software to acquire and input information. Sterilize instruments according to regulations Being able to assist in many disciplines of dentistry with calmness and confidence Undertake lab tasks as instructed Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked Understanding of health & safety regulations Good computer skills Attention to detail, Well-organized and reliable X-ray Certification BONUS skills: bilingual (Spanish speaking) Dental experience is required.
