Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) 4-Day Work Week | Modern Dental Office Madison Family Dental Group – Fair Oaks, CA $28–$30 per hour Madison Family Dental Group is a technology-forward dental practice in Fair Oaks seeking a reliable and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. Responsibilities Provide chairside assisting for a variety of procedures including restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, and pediatric dentistry Prepare treatment rooms and ensure operatories are ready for each procedure Take high-quality digital radiographs and assist with imaging technology Follow sterilization and infection control protocols in compliance with dental standards Assist in maintaining an efficient schedule and smooth patient flow Support the clinical team with patient communication and post-treatment instructions Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment Qualifications Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license At least 2 years of dental assisting experience Experience with digital X-rays and modern dental equipment Dependable, punctual, and organized Strong communication skills with both patients and team members Ability to work well in a fast-paced dental environment Schedule Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Enjoy a consistent four-day schedule with three-day weekends.
