Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Upland, CA
Overview We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing quality care for dental patients and support day-to-day operations in a dental office setting. Responsibilities - Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Set up and prepare equipment and instruments - Take and develop dental x-rays - Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care - Maintain accurate patient records - Perform various office tasks as needed Skills - Proficiency in general dentistry procedures - Knowledge of dental receptionist duties - Understanding of infection control protocols - Familiarity with dental anatomy and terminology - Ability to practice aseptic techniques - Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations - Competency in taking vital signs If you are a dedicated Dental Assistant looking to contribute to a positive patient experience and work in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
