Great Opportunity for an Exceptional Hygienist! We are a state-of-the-art private dental practice in Carlsbad Village looking for an experienced Full Time RDH to provide exceptional patient care during maternity leave coverage (March 2026 - June 2026). We are seeking a detail oriented, dependable individual with a positive attitude. We're looking for someone who loves what they do and will provide exceptional care to our patients. Must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., HIPAA, infection control) Outstanding communication skills Highly proficient with digital x-rays and intra-oral photos Current CPR certification Current RDH License Responsibilities to include: · Patient screening and monitoring procedures · Sterilization · Detailed documentation in patient records · Provide education about dental health and diet · Periodontal Scaling & Root Planing · Applying prophylactic/antibacterial materials and topical fluorides · Identify dental conditions such as caries or periodontitis · Follow all guidelines with proper use of PPE Schedule: - Wednesday 8:00am - 5:00pm - Thursday 7:00am - 4:00pm If you feel you would be a great fit for our office, please forward a resume and cover letter.
