Our modern Tulsa dental practice is adding an experienced chairside Dental Assistant to our team. We’re a fully digital office that believes strong teams and strong systems make the workday smoother for everyone. What this opportunity offers you: $20 per hour starting pay Monthly production-based profit sharing Over the past year our bonus program has averaged about $8 additional per hour Many assistants here average close to $28 per hour total compensation Full benefits package Continuing education trips and monthly team events Annual office bonus A stable team environment with extremely low turnover This position is ideal for an assistant who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in great patient care, and wants to work in an office where performance is recognized and rewarded. Our practice is fully digital and equipped with technology designed to make your job easier, including 3D cone beam imaging, Primescan, iTero scanning, and digital radiography. To be considered, you should have at least one year of chairside assisting experience and a current radiation certificate. Experience with polishing, sealants, or nitrous monitoring is a plus but not required. The position is full-time (approximately 40 hours across four days) with alternating Mondays and Fridays which means every other week you enjoy a four-day weekend.
