Position Overview We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on Saturdays in a patient-focused dental practice that prioritizes quality care over production. Our office believes hygienists should have the time they need to provide excellent care without feeling rushed. Schedule Saturdays with flexible hours: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Occasional Saturdays off are available, as we have other hygienists who can help provide coverage when needed. Our Approach to Hygiene Care 1-hour appointments for routine checkups and cleanings We do not overbook hygiene schedules No more than two quadrants of SRP per hour Hygienists are not pressured to rush patients or sell products If additional time is needed to complete a cleaning, hygienists can bring the patient back to finish at no additional cost We value thorough, patient-centered care and long-term relationships Pay: $55.00 per hour Work Location: In person
