Job Overview Bauer Family Dental is seeking a trained and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused team in Rexburg. We are looking for a reliable and organized assistant who enjoys helping patients feel comfortable while supporting the doctor during procedures. Schedule Part-time (days to be discussed during interview) Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and instruments Ensure proper sterilization and infection control procedures Take and process dental radiographs as needed Maintain accurate clinical documentation Help maintain an efficient patient flow throughout the day Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience required Strong chairside skills and knowledge of dental procedures Reliable, organized, and professional Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience with Curve Hero patient management software is a plus Work Environment Supportive, family-oriented dental practice Positive team culture with long-term patient relationships Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount On-the-job training Paid training Professional development assistance Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
