What We Offer MondayâThursday schedule (enjoy 3-day weekends) Friendly, team-oriented work environment Competitive compensation based on experience Paid time off Opportunities for professional development and training Retirement plan Responsibilities Chairside assisting during general, restorative, and surgical dental procedures Preparing operatories prior to patient arrival and ensuring proper setup Efficient operatory turnover between patients Taking high-quality digital radiographs Maintaining patient comfort and proper suction/airway management during procedures Preparing instruments and materials for procedures Assisting with sterilization and infection control protocols Monitoring clinical inventory and notifying the doctor when supplies are running low Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment Qualifications Prior dental assisting experience preferred X-ray certification required (or ability to obtain) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with dental software (such as Open Dental or Dentrix) is a plus Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Works efficiently and helps keep the schedule running smoothly Is organized and attentive to detail Anticipates the doctorâs needs during procedures Handles instruments and equipment carefully and professionally Maintains a positive and professional attitude with patients and coworkers Please include a brief description of your dental assisting experience when applying.
