Dental Assistant – Join Our Private Practice Team We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Assistant to join our private practice and help us deliver excellent care to our patients every day. In this role, you’ll work closely with Dr. Hollie Paschke , helping keep the day running smoothly while making sure our patients feel comfortable and well cared for. What You’ll Do Set up treatment rooms with the instruments and materials needed for the day’s procedures Assist Dr. Paschke during procedures including restorative work, extractions, endodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry Take dental X-rays while following proper infection control and safety protocols Help keep the schedule flowing by welcoming patients, updating medical histories, and documenting treatment in our software (Eaglesoft) Review medical history and vital signs to help ensure patient safety Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer questions about their oral health Work with our front desk team to coordinate scheduling and keep patient records organized and compliant with HIPAA Make treatments plans and present them to patients What We’re Looking For Experience with dental software such as Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or similar systems Strong understanding of dental procedures, terminology, and infection control Chairside assisting experience in general dentistry (experience with endo, prosth, or pediatrics is a plus) Ability to take dental X-rays and assist with imaging technology Great communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Someone who genuinely enjoys helping patients feel comfortable and cared for Why Join Us?
