Position Overview Seal It with a Smile Pediatric Dentistry is a brand-new, state-of-the-art pediatric dental practice in Aventura dedicated to providing exceptional dental care for children and teens. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of a boutique, growth-oriented pediatric practice. This is a full-time position (35+ hours per week) Monday – Friday, with the following schedule: Monday – Wednesday: 7:30am – 5:30pm Thursday: 12:30pm – 6:30pm Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm About the Practice Located at 2999 NE 191st Street, Aventura, FL 33180, we are building a team of high-performing professionals who care deeply about children, teamwork, and clinical excellence. Brand-new, beautifully designed office in Aventura Modern equipment and technology Long-term vision to grow and provide career growth opportunities Responsibilities Key responsibilities will include: Assisting the doctor during preventive and restorative procedures Taking high-quality digital radiographs Preparing and breaking down operatories efficiently Maintaining strict infection control and OSHA standards Educating parents on post-operative instructions and oral hygiene Qualifications Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience (pediatric experience strongly preferred) Bilingual (fluent in English & Spanish) Dental radiographs certification (required) Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification (preferred) Strong understanding of preventative & restorative procedures and dental terminology Excellent communication skills and ability to work with children & teens Professional demeanor and strong work ethic Compensation & Benefits We are committed to providing excellent compensation and benefits, including: Competitive hourly pay: $23 – $30 per hour (based on experience) $1,000 new hire bonus (paid after successful completion of 90-day introductory period in good standing) Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid time off (PTO) Employee dental discounts Opportunity for training & advancement as the practice grows Modern, high-end working environment Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Paid time off Experience: Dental assisting: 3 years (Required) Pediatric dentistry: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Required) License/Certification: Dental Radiography Certification in Florida (Required) Work Location: In person
