We are seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to support our fast-paced, high-volume office and help create a welcoming experience for every patient. What Youâll Do Greet patients warmly and manage check-ins and check-outs Schedule appointments and maintain a full, productive provider schedule Confirm upcoming appointments and complete patient follow-ups Verify dental insurance benefits (PPO, Medicare, Medicaid) and explain coverage to patients Collect co-pays, review treatment costs, and assist with payment arrangements Process billing and payments electronically Answer high-volume phone calls, respond to emails, and assist patients in person Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members Support the dental team to ensure smooth daily office workflow Provide exceptional customer service, including assisting anxious or upset patients professionally Maintain accurate and organized patient records Preferred Qualifications Experience verifying dental insurance benefits (PPO, Medicare, Medicaid) Front desk or receptionist experience in a dental or medical office Experience with Open Dental (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Bubbly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Sales-minded and comfortable discussing treatment and payments with patients Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us Be part of a 5-star, patient-focused dental team Supportive and collaborative work environment On-the-job training and growth opportunities Competitive pay and benefits Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Experience: Dental Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred) Language: Spanish (Preferred) Work Location: In person
