What You'll Do Provide chairside assistance during exams, treatments, and surgeries Take and process dental radiographs Prep and break down treatment rooms following infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care Support front office tasks as needed (scheduling, phones, records) Help manage inventory and dental supply ordering What We're Looking For Must-Haves: Previous dental assisting experience (1+ years preferred) Current radiography certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Reliable, team-oriented, and genuinely great with patients Bonus Points: Completion of a dental assisting program Experience with [name your specific software, e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft] Lab skills (temporaries, impressions, models) What We Offer Pay: hourly depending on experience Benefits: Health insurance, dental benefits, retirement plan Perks: Scrub allowance, No weekends, PTO.
