Overview: BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team in Houston, TX. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Benefits Competitive pay of $20-$24 per hour, based on experience Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Bonus opportunities Responsibilities Assist the dentist during dental procedures Assisted hygiene Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take dental X-rays (as certified) Take digital impressions Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient records Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming clinical environment Qualifications Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in Texas Minimum 5 years of dental assisting experience preferred Knowledge of Eagle Soft dental software is preferred Knowledge of dental instruments and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented setting Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus INDHRDA03
