We specialize in advanced surgical procedures, including All-on-X full-arch cases. Our practice is fully digital, incorporating the latest in scanning (Trios, iTero, Omnicam), digital imaging, in-house design and milling, and 3D printing. We’re looking for a Surgical Dental Assistant with implant and/or surgical experience who is motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to help patients transform their lives. What You'll Do: Assist in implant and surgical procedures including extractions, grafting, and All-on-X cases Ensure proper setup, breakdown, and sterilization of surgical operatories Capture digital impressions and photogrammetry scans Provide excellent patient communication and support pre- and post-op Maintain accurate documentation using Dentrix (preferred) Uphold the highest standards of infection control Anticipate doctor’s needs and contribute to efficient, smooth procedures Help manage surgical inventory and instruments Who You Are: 3+ years of experience as an EDDA Surgical and/or implant experience supporting a Prosthodontist is required Experience with All-on-X or full-arch cases is a strong plus X-ray certified Coronal polishing preferred but not required Familiarity with digital scanners (Trios, iTero, Omnicam) Dentrix experience preferred Professional, positive, and team-oriented Compensation & Benefits: 401(k) with matching Health, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday 8-hour day shifts If you’re passionate about surgical dentistry, love working with a supportive team, and want to be part of something new and exciting, we’d love to hear from you!
