Job description: We are a modern, patient-focused orthodontic practice seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator . We are looking for a smiling, happy, energetic, team player and MULTITASK person. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, and calm under pressure. Requirements: The best candidate will have an energetic, service-focused attitude, and be able to prioritize appropriately to assure patient satisfaction. Comfort with using a computer, social media posting and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Qualifications we are looking for: Scheduling and sales background with a great attitude with orthodontic and sales experience. JOB DESCRIPTION AND DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to): Insurance verification / follow up Managing patient schedule and financials Answering phone calls / emails Communicating with other dental offices Marketing the practice within the community and also on social media. Team work Running and maintaining reports for the practice and working them to produce improvement on anything that is past due.
