This position requires a professional who can manage multiple responsibilities, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain efficient front office operations while supporting the clinical team and ensuring an excellent patient experience. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner Checking patients in and out Updating patient records and information Coordinating daily patient flow and practice operations Scheduling and confirming dental appointments efficiently Monitoring schedules to help meet production goals Maintaining production and operational targets Preparing treatment financials Reviewing and collecting patient balances Processing patient and insurance payments Verifying insurance eligibility Ensuring an exceptional patient and referral experience through clear communication throughout treatment Maintaining front office systems and procedures Assisting with community involvement, advertising, and marketing initiatives Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative Strong teamwork and communication skills Experience Requirements Dental or medical office experience: 3 years (Required) If you are a motivated, organized professional who enjoys working with people and being part of a supportive team , we encourage you to apply and join our growing practice.
