The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our dental professionals in various procedures. This position requires proficiency in dental assisting techniques and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile environment. The ideal candidate will be a certified dental assistant. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for various dental procedures. Perform X-Ray imaging as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Utilize 3D scanning technology for accurate dental impressions. Maintain aseptic techniques and infection control standards throughout the clinic. Manage patient records and assist with dental coding for insurance purposes. Educate patients on post-operative care and general oral hygiene practices. Support the front office with scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries as necessary. Skills Proficiency in using 3D scanners and X-Ray equipment. Strong understanding of infection control practices and aseptic techniques. Familiarity with general dentistry procedures, oral surgery, endodontics, and assisting techniques. Experience with dental clinic systems for managing patient records effectively. We use Dentrix. Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and team members professionally. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
