Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to oversee clinical operations, support the back-office team, and ensure a smooth and efficient daily workflow. This role is ideal for someone who excels in leadership, clinical flow management, and maintaining organization in a busy dental practice. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support the dental assisting team Assist the doctor chairside during procedures Manage and maintain clinical flow to keep the schedule on time Direct the doctor to the next patient or procedure Communicate when procedures should begin wrapping up Prepare, clean, and turn over operatories efficiently Manage and order clinical supplies and inventory Maintain sterilization protocols and OSHA compliance Monitor the daily schedule and anticipate clinical needs Implement and maintain effective clinical systems Organize operatories, instruments, and supply areas Train and onboard dental assistants Requirements Lead Dental Assistant experience REQUIRED 3+ years of dental assisting experience Strong understanding of dental procedures and instruments Experience managing clinical flow in a busy practice Experience ordering and managing inventory Strong communication and leadership skills Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented What We Offer Supportive, teamfocused environment Modern technology and efficient systems Opportunity to play a key role in clinical leadership A stable, fulltime schedule Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: Based on experience
