Our state-of-the-art facility includes a number of amenities for dental hygiene including: Dentsply NuPro Freedom cordless prophy handpiece, Cavitron ultrasonic, entirely digital radiography (intraoral, pan, CBCT), intraoral cameras, high-rez 3-D scanners and erythritol-based air-polishing/debridement for dental implants. Job Responsibilities Patient screening procedures; such as assessment of oral health conditions, review of the health and dental history, oral cancer screening... Removing calculus, plaque and polishing Applying preventive materials to teeth ie. fluoride varnish, SDF (sodium diamine fluoride) Oral hygiene instruction, nutritional counseling, tobacco cessation. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Associate or advanced degree in Dental Hygiene State certification/license as required to work as a Dental Hygienist Patients scheduled Monday though Thursday 7-4 w/ one-hour lunch.
