Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Orthodontic Assistant to join our growing team! Somerville and Medford Orthodontic Associates is a growing private practice providing orthodontic care to the Somerville and Medford community. As our orthodontic assistant you would be contacting and coordinating care with new and existing patients while also helping the orthodontist with clinical care. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lab, and clinical areas Assist with sterilization of dental instruments and clinical equipment Provide supervised clinical orthodontic care to patients Aid in check-out and payment processing of patients Requirements Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred Previous experience as an orthodontic assistant X-ray radiation certified Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide outstanding patient service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism. Proficiency with computers and online software.
