Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage front desk operations to create a friendly and organized reception area Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software Verify insurance coverage and benefits Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette while providing exceptional customer service to address patient inquiries and appointment needs Review documentation for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and health information management standards Perform medical billing tasks such as claims submission, follow-up on unpaid claims, and collection of payments through dental collection procedures Join us in delivering outstanding patient care through efficient administrative support!
