Clinical Responsibilities Emphasizes documentation, email communication, and case coordination. Dental Records & Patient Care Sterilization and instrument processing Basic dental assisting when needed (minimal chairside) Taking patient history updates Assist doctor during TMJ/TMD evaluations and treatments Take photos, scans, impressions, or measurements Prepare patients for TMJ exams or appliance fittings Help with bite splints / orthotic appliances scanning, or photos Administrative / Documentation Writing detailed clinical notes Preparing consultation summaries Managing records and uploading imaging Assisting with treatment plans or reports Patient Coordination Answering patient questions via email Coordinating follow-ups Comfortable with sterilization protocols Strong writing and documentation skills Assist the doctor during TMJ/TMD evaluations and treatments Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for TMJ procedures Take clinical photos, scans, impressions, or other diagnostic records Provide patient education on TMJ appliances and care Maintain proper instrument sterilization and infection control protocols Maintain OSHA compliance documentation and logs Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Ability to Commute: Richmond, VA 23226 (Preferred) Work Location: In person
