This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the doctor, help guide the clinical team, and play a key role in delivering outstanding patient experiences every day. What You’ll Do Assist the doctor chairside during a wide range of procedures Lead and support the clinical team to maintain smooth daily operations Ensure sterilization, infection control, and OSHA compliance protocols are followed Prepare treatment rooms and manage instruments and supplies Help coordinate patient flow and maintain an efficient schedule Assist with digital X-rays, charting, and treatment documentation Monitor inventory and order clinical supplies Mentor and support other assistants when needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of dental assisting experience (lead experience preferred) Strong knowledge of general dentistry procedures Excellent chairside assisting skills Experience with digital radiography Strong communication and leadership abilities Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude and strong patient-care mindset What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Consistent schedule in a single-doctor practice Opportunity to take a leadership role in the clinical team Paid time off and additional benefits If you are passionate about dentistry, enjoy leadership, and want to grow in a practice where your skills are valued, we would love to meet you.
