We are an endodontic specialty practice that has been providing exceptional patient care for over 40 years. Our team strives for compassionate customer service in order to give our patients the best possible experience. In addition to serving regularly scheduled patients, we also see emergency patients each afternoon, making it vital that our dental assistants demonstrate compassion in their work and understand the importance of a flexible work schedule. We are searching for a full-time dental assistant to fit into our dynamic and fast-paced office environment who desires to grow both professionally and personally in their career. The ideal candidate would have a positive and approachable personality as well as demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills. Multi-tasking and organizational skills are critical for our dental assistants. Our ideal candidate would also be open to transitioning to the front desk, if necessary. Dental experience is preferred; however, thorough on-the-job training will be provided for a qualified candidate. Our dental assistants function as a team to ensure each day runs smoothly and patient care is kept as the top priority. Dental assistants are responsible for working chair-side with our doctors during procedures, sterilizing dental instruments, and disinfecting treatment rooms. The ideal dental assistant demonstrates flexibility, especially in stressful situations, while maintaining a positive and personable attitude.
