Full-Time Dental Assistant Old Town Alexandria Our well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Old Town Alexandria is looking for a friendly, motivated, and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team full-time! What You’ll Do: As a valued member of our clinical team, you will: Assist the doctor in all aspects of general dentistry Obtain diagnostic records (iTero scans, x-rays, photos, impressions) Fabricate Essex retainers and study models Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Greet and prepare patients for treatment, ensuring a comfortable experience Record medical and dental histories and vital signs Assist during examinations and procedures Provide post-operative instructions Maintain accurate patient records Support inventory management and overall office efficiency Contribute to patient satisfaction and help the office achieve its goals What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of dental assisting experience (general dentistry preferred) X-ray certification required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Case presentation skills are a plus Why Join Us?
