Provide a superb customer service experience for our pediatric dental patients including registration, checkout, insurance preauthorizations, billing, surgical scheduling, data entry, copay collection, and telephone answering. Pediatric Dental Specialists is seeking a mature dependable team-oriented front desk associate. Must be full of energy, friendly, upbeat team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced pediatric and special needs environment. Must be computer literate, experience in data base entry, and a willingness to learn. Prefer Dentrix experience. Must be comfortable with working in our Williamsburg and Hampton Location. Education Requirements: High School Diploma, Billing and Coding degree or comparable experience.
