Radiant Smiles is a small, friendly general dentistry office in Arlington looking for a reliable and cheerful dental assistant to join our team. We have wonderful patients and a supportive work environment where everyone helps each other. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented practice. Requirements At least 1 year of dental assisting experience Dentrix experience required Ability to commute reliably to our Arlington office Friendly, positive, and professional attitude Team player who is willing to help wherever needed Able to assist chairside and help organize supplies Willing to cross-train at the front desk when needed Must be reliable and punctual Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30 min lunch) Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM (no lunch) Team members are expected to arrive a little early to prepare for the day.
