Position The Assistant Team Lead is responsible for helping organize and lead the clinical assistant team to ensure the back office runs smoothly, efficiently, and according to the highest clinical standards. This role combines clinical excellence, operational organization, mentorship, and leadership , and serves as a key link between doctors, assistants, and the rest of the practice.
