What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care Perform periodontal charting and patient assessments Take digital radiographs and intraoral images Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care Partner with Dr. Carter to support diagnosis and treatment planning Utilize modern dental technology and evidence-based care protocols Create a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient What We’re Looking For Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license Passion for patient education and preventive care Strong communication and relationship-building skills A positive, team-oriented mindset New graduates are encouraged to apply About Dr. Carter Outside of the office, Dr. Carter enjoys fishing, running, hunting, watching her favorite sports teams, and spending time with family and friends. Schedule (days/hours): M-TH 7-4 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. Qualifications: Who We’re Looking For A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)
