Job Overview Lumin8 Dentistry is a growing, patient-centered private practice seeking a positive, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our supportive and collaborative team. We are currently hiring for a full-time hygienist with a unique rotating schedule that allows for a 4-day weekend every other week. Schedule: Our team works a rotating schedule: Week 1: Monday – Thursday Week 2: Tuesday – Friday Hours: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM This schedule allows you to enjoy a 4-day weekend every other week, promoting excellent work-life balance. About Our Office: Solo doctor private practice One-column hygiene Dentrix software Supportive, team-oriented environment Growth-focused and relationship-driven care Duties Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup. Conduct patient assessments by taking vital signs, medical histories, and evaluating oral health status. Capture and interpret dental imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Maintain accurate dental records, document treatment notes, and review documentation for accuracy in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support infection control procedures by following aseptic techniques and maintaining a sterile environment. Qualifications Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification. Proficiency with dental software systems such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix for record keeping and documentation review. 1 year of experience (preferred). New grads welcome.
