Patient Care Coordinator â Central Washington Pediatric Dentistry Location: Yakima & Ellensburg, WA Schedule: Full-time (4â5 days per week) About Us Central Washington Pediatric Dentistry is a thriving, two-location practice founded by a husband-and-wife dental team. The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our admin team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and compassionate, with a heart for children and families. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, youâll play a key role in ensuring every visit is smooth, welcoming, and stress-free. Responsibilities Coordinate patient scheduling and manage front desk flow Manage referrals from local providers Verify insurance, process claims, and assist with billing Present treatment plans and financial arrangements with compassion Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance Provide outstanding customer service to families Collaborate with clinical team to support smooth daily operations Assist with practice management and administrative projects Qualifications Previous dental or medical office experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking ability Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with dental practice software (Curve Hero experience a plus) Understanding of insurance and billing procedures Detail-oriented, ethical, and dependable Flexible and eager to contribute to a team environment Why Join CWPD?
