The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, and enjoys working in a team-focused environment while providing excellent care to patients. The Orthodontic & Specialty Departments Clinical Lead is responsible for the clinical performance, workflow efficiency, team leadership, and patient experience within the orthodontic department (2–3 days/week), while providing coordination oversight for all specialty service days (pedodontics, periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery). This role functions as the operational bridge between the doctors and the clinical team—ensuring high standards of care, optimal scheduling flow, compliance, profitability, and an exceptional specialty patient experience. This is a leadership role requiring oversight, strong clinical competence, organizational skill, emotional intelligence, and accountability for departmental outcomes, more so than working chairside.
