Position Summary The Dental Assistant plays a key role in supporting our dentists during procedures while also providing comfort, education, and reassurance to our patients. This role combines technical skill with patient care, requiring excellent communication, empathy, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Welcome patients, explain treatment procedures, and ensure their comfort throughout their visit Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental treatments and procedures Provide patients with post-treatment instructions and reinforce good oral hygiene practices Take and process digital dental radiographs (X-rays) Prepare operatories and instruments for procedures Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes Sterilize instruments and ensure infection control protocols are consistently followed Manage supplies and help maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment Support the front office team as needed with patient communication and scheduling Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong communication skills and ability to put patients at ease Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Compassionate and patient-focused with a commitment to excellent care Completion of an accredited Dental Assistant program preferred Prior dental assisting experience strongly preferred Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid time off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance options Retirement plan opportunities Continuing education and career development support Uniform allowance (if applicable) A positive, supportive, and collaborative team culture Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:15 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Friday 7:15 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. How to Apply Please submit your resume directly through Indeed.
