Dental Hygiene Assistant / Sterile Tech Full-Time | Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–4:30 PM | Supportive Team We are a patient-centered dental practice looking for a Dental Hygiene Assistant / Sterile Tech to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and interacting with patients. You’ll play a key role in supporting the hygiene team, the Doctor, and overall clinical flow. Primary Responsibilities Clinical & Hygiene Support Flip hygiene rooms efficiently to keep the schedule on time Greet and seat patients; help start appointments Review and update patient health histories Take dental X-rays Assist the Doctor during exams Support hygienists during hygiene appointments Experience with intraoral scanning is a plus Sterile Tech Duties Clean, sterilize, and package instruments according to OSHA and infection control standards Operate and monitor sterilization equipment (autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners) Maintain sterile areas and ensure proper instrument flow Track sterilization logs and spore testing Stock operatories and maintain organized clinical areas Assist with inventory and supply restocking What We’re Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred (hygiene assisting and sterile tech experience a plus) X-ray certification Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols Strong attention to detail and time management skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Schedule Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–4:30 PM What We Offer Supportive, respectful team culture Competitive pay based on experience Paid holidays and PTO Consistent schedule with work-life balance Opportunities for growth and cross-training A team that truly values your contribution How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction.
