We are willing to train the right person if needed Responsibilities: Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive check-in/check-out experience Schedule and confirm appointments, optimize the daily schedule Verify dental insurance benefits and collect co-pays Maintain accurate patient records and update personal and insurance information Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage voicemails/emails Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Handle billing, claims submissions, and payment collections as needed Keep the front office organized and maintain a professional environment Qualifications: Familiarity with dental insurance and billing procedures preferred Excellent customer service and patient focus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Why Join Us?
