As a Registered Dental Assistant in our growing practice, you will need to be able to build relationships with our valued patients, To win this exciting and rewarding position, you also need to be: - Be gentle, efficient, dependable and great chairside mannerisms - Warm and engaging with the ability to build quick rapport - An empathetic listener who quickly understands the needs of our discerning patients - Motivated to learn - Passionate about the benefits of excellent dentistry - Be an ambassador for and promoter of our practice - Proficient in taking Digital Radiographs and intra-oral photos for education and documentation purposes. - Ability to use intraoral scanner efficiently - Competent chairside assistant functions and vital elements of the position. - Anticipating Dr.âs needs and being several steps ahead - Be willing to proactively grow the practice by having a high level of accountability, follow-through, and proactively work to increase efficiency and productivity This position offers continuing education as well as the opportunity to grow your skill set.
