Your Core Responsibilities As our Hygiene Assistant, you are the heartbeat of the hygiene department: Sterilization Expert: Managing hygiene instrument flow and maintaining a clinical environment that meets the highest standards. Room Transitions: Rapidly and efficiently "flipping" rooms to keep our Germantown patients seen on time. Clinical Support: Performing accurate perio charting and data entry during exams. Radiography: Taking high-quality digital X-rays (FMX, Bitewings, and Pano). Patient Connection: Being the friendly face that welcomes patients, updates their history, and ensures they have a 5-star experience. Qualifications & Skills Maryland X-ray Certification (Required). Bubbly & Outgoing: You naturally connect with people and bring a positive "can-do" attitude to every shift. Team-Centric: You understand that "that's not my job" isn't in our vocabulary.
