Patient Advocacy: Provide clear oral hygiene and post-operative instructions with a helpful, friendly tone. Smooth Operations: Sterilize instruments, maintain a sparkling clean clinical area, and assist with lab tasks. Front-to-Back Teamwork: Help with scheduling and patient records to keep the office flowing perfectly. Skills & Qualifications Personality Plus: Excellent communication skills and a naturally bright, positive demeanor. Experience: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant (1 year preferred). Technical Savvy: Solid knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and health/safety regulations. Reliability: We need someone organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
