Woodland Hills Dental Arts is looking for a friendly, skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team full-time. Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take digital X-rays and impressions as needed Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate patient records and charting Follow infection control and OSHA protocols Help keep the schedule running smoothly by supporting the clinical team Qualifications Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license – California Current X-ray certification Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization protocols Excellent communication and patient care skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Team player with a positive attitude What We Offer Full-time position Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive team environment Modern, well-established practice Opportunity to grow within the practice If you are passionate about dentistry and looking for a long-term dental home, we would love to hear from you.
